Cookie Policy
Last updated September 5, 2026
This policy explains how Porstone uses cookies and similar storage technologies on porstone.com, what each category is for, and how you can change your choices at any time. It describes the same categories and controls you see in the cookie banner on this website.
1. What are cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. Cookies let a website remember something between page loads or between visits, such as a preference you set.
This policy also covers technologies that work in a similar way, including browser local storage and session storage, and tracking pixels. Where we refer to cookies below, we mean all of these unless we say otherwise.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies and similar storage for a small number of purposes:
- to keep the website working correctly and securely;
- to remember things you have chosen on the site, such as the products you save to Favourites or add to your cart;
- to remember your cookie choices so that we do not ask you again on every page;
- where you allow it, to understand in general terms how the website is used, so that we can improve it.
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.
3. Cookie categories
The cookie banner groups everything into four categories. Necessary cookies are always active because the website cannot function properly without them. The other three are switched off until you turn them on.
Necessary
Required for the website to operate securely and correctly. These cover security, the Favourites and cart features, the product search cache, and the record of your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off from the cookie banner.
Preferences
Used to remember settings and choices, and to allow embedded content to remember how you have used it. Optional, and off until you allow it.
Analytics
Used to understand how visitors use the website, such as page views and where visitors arrive from. Optional, and off until you allow it. Nothing is sent to our analytics provider until you give consent for this category.
Advertising
Used to measure advertising and to show relevant advertisements. We do not currently use any advertising or marketing cookies on this website. The category appears in the banner so that, if we ever introduce them, they remain switched off unless and until you allow them.
4. What is actually stored
The table below lists what this website stores or loads today. It matches the detail shown under “Cookie details” in the cookie settings panel.
Necessary
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| pst_consent | This website | Records your cookie choices so we do not ask again | 12 months | First-party cookie |
| pst_consent | This website | Backup copy of your cookie choices kept in your browser | 12 months | First-party local storage |
| pst_favs | This website | Keeps the products you mark as Favourites | Until you remove them | First-party local storage |
| pst_cart | This website | Keeps the products in your cart until you send a request | Until you send or clear it | First-party local storage |
| pst_products3 | This website | Caches the product list so search suggestions appear instantly | Until you close the tab | First-party session storage |
| wordpress_*, wp-settings-* | WordPress.com (Automattic) | Sign-in session and security for site administrators; these are not set for ordinary visitors | Session to 1 year | First-party cookie |
Preferences
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Embedded video player | YouTube (Google) | Plays the showroom video. The player is loaded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Google may store playback information on its own domain. | Set by Google | Third-party |
Analytics
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Statistics request to pixel.wp.com | Automattic (WordPress.com Stats) | Counts page views and records the general source of traffic. Sent only after you allow the Analytics category. | No cookie is set; one request per page view | Third-party |
| tk_ai, tk_qs | Automattic (WordPress.com Stats) | Identifiers that WordPress.com may set in connection with statistics | Up to 5 years | First-party cookie |
Advertising
None in use.
Please review before publication. The tk_ai and tk_qs entry reflects what WordPress.com documents about its statistics feature generally. It has not been separately confirmed on this website. If you would prefer this policy to describe only what has been directly observed here, remove that row.
5. Third-party services
Some parts of this website are delivered by other companies. When your browser loads content from them, it necessarily shares technical information with them, such as your IP address and browser type, because that is how the internet delivers a file.
- Automattic (WordPress.com and Jetpack) hosts this website, delivers images, and provides the form used for quote requests and the optional statistics feature.
- Google serves the fonts used on this website and provides the embedded video player on the showroom section.
These companies process information under their own privacy notices, which we do not control. Turning off the Analytics category stops the statistics request described above, but it does not stop the technical requests that are required to deliver the page itself.
6. Managing your preferences
The first time you visit, a banner asks you to choose. You can accept everything, accept only what is necessary, or open the settings panel and choose category by category. Nothing optional is switched on before you choose.
You can change your mind at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer of any page. Your new choices take effect immediately. If you withdraw consent for a category, we stop the services in that category and remove the optional first-party storage associated with it.
7. Controlling cookies in your browser
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Browser controls apply to every website you visit, not only this one. If you delete the cookie that records your choice, the banner will appear again on your next visit.
Please note that blocking necessary cookies and storage will stop parts of this website from working, in particular Favourites, the cart and search suggestions.
8. How we record your consent
When you make a choice, we store a small record in your own browser containing only: whether each of the four categories is allowed, the date and time of your choice, and a version number for this set of categories. It contains no name, email address or other identifying information.
The record is kept for twelve months. It is also renewed if we change the categories or their purposes, by increasing the version number, so that you are asked again rather than being held to a choice you made about something different.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Where a change affects what is stored or why, we will also update the cookie banner and ask for your choice again.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to info@porstone.com, or by post to 14731 Goldenwest St, Westminster, CA 92683, USA.
Terms of Use
Last updated September 5, 2026 — Effective September 5, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of porstone.com. Please read them carefully. They set out what you may and may not do on this website, what we do and do not promise about it, and how disputes are handled.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These Terms form an agreement between you and Porstone. They apply to your use of the website itself. Any supply of goods or services is governed by a separate written agreement, quotation or invoice between you and us, and nothing on this website is a substitute for that agreement.
2. Definitions
- We, us, our means Porstone, together with its affiliates where the context requires.
- Website means porstone.com and all pages, content and features made available through it.
- You, your means the person accessing the website, and any organisation on whose behalf that person acts.
- Content means text, images, photographs, illustrations, product names and descriptions, layout, design, code and any other material made available on the website.
3. Eligibility
This website is intended for use by people who are at least 18 years old and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. It is a business and product information website and is not directed at children.
If you use the website on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.
4. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version applies from the date shown at the top of this page, and your continued use of the website after that date means you accept the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page when you return to the website. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to make it noticeable.
5. Permitted use
You may browse the website, view product information, save products to Favourites, add products to a cart and send us a quote request, all for your own personal or internal business purposes.
You may print or download extracts of the website for those purposes, provided you do not remove any copyright or ownership notices and do not alter the material.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, licence or otherwise commercially exploit any Content, except as section 5 allows or as we agree in writing;
- systematically extract Content, including by scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to harvest images, descriptions or prices;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server, or any system or network connected to it;
- introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the website;
- place an unreasonable load on the website, including through denial-of-service activity;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with security-related features of the website;
- impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the website;
- use the website to send unsolicited commercial communications;
- frame or mirror any part of the website without our written permission, or use our name or marks in metadata or hidden text.
7. Quote requests and enquiries
This website does not sell products online. It does not accept payment, process orders or create accounts.
The cart and quote request form on this website exist so that you can tell us which products interest you and ask us to get in touch. When you send a request:
- your request is an enquiry, not an order, and it does not create a contract;
- we are under no obligation to respond to or accept any request;
- nothing on the website is an offer to sell, and product listings are an invitation for you to enquire;
- availability, specification, lead time and price are confirmed only in a written quotation or order confirmation issued by us;
- a quotation is valid only for the period it states, and is subject to the material remaining available at the time of acceptance.
8. Product information and natural variation
Natural stone is a product of geology, and porcelain and ceramic slabs are manufactured in batches. Colour, veining, pattern, tone and finish vary from slab to slab and from batch to batch. That variation is an inherent characteristic of the material and is not a defect.
Photographs, renderings and application images on this website are intended to show the general character of a material. They are not a guarantee that any particular slab will match what you see, and colours shown depend on your screen, its calibration and your lighting conditions.
Dimensions, thicknesses and finishes shown are nominal and subject to manufacturing and quarrying tolerances. Before committing to a material, we recommend that you view the actual slabs or a current sample, and confirm suitability for your intended application with your fabricator or installer. We do not provide structural, engineering or installation advice through this website.
9. Availability, errors and changes
We aim to keep the website available and its information accurate and current, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of omissions. Inventory changes constantly, and a product shown here may no longer be available.
We may correct errors, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website, including individual products or pages, at any time and without notice. We may also carry out maintenance that makes the website temporarily unavailable.
10. Intellectual property
The website and its Content are owned by us or used by us under licence, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited permission in section 5, no right or licence is granted to you.
Our name, logo and the product names shown on this website are our trademarks or those of our suppliers. Nothing on this website grants you any right to use them. Third-party names and marks that appear on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
If you believe that material on this website infringes your copyright, please contact us at info@porstone.com with enough detail to identify the material, your contact details, and a statement of your rights, and we will review it promptly.
11. Third-party links and services
This website links to, and embeds content from, websites operated by others, including an embedded video player and links to associated companies and social media profiles. Those websites and services are not under our control.
We provide links for convenience. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, products, services or privacy practices of any third-party website or service. Your use of them is at your own risk and is governed by their own terms.
12. Material you send us
If you send us a message, enquiry, suggestion or other material through this website, you confirm that you are entitled to send it and that it is accurate and not unlawful, offensive or infringing.
We do not treat unsolicited ideas or suggestions about our business, products or website as confidential. If you send us feedback about the website, you agree that we may use it to improve our business without restriction and without any obligation to you. This does not affect your personal information, which we handle as described in our Privacy Policy.
The website does not allow visitors to upload files or publish content publicly.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Our Cookie Policy explains what is stored in your browser and how to change your choices.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, accurate or error free.
This section applies to the website. It does not limit or exclude any warranty we give in a separate written agreement for the supply of goods, and it does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights you may have under consumer protection law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Porstone and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any third-party claim, together with reasonable legal costs, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party. We will notify you of any such claim and will not settle it without your consent, which you will not unreasonably withhold.
16. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in the operation of this website caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, failures of telecommunications or hosting providers, power failures, cyberattacks, or acts of government.
17. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or that your use harms the website, our business or other users. This does not limit any other remedy available to us.
18. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the website are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, and each of us submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws or courts of your place of residence.
19. Resolving disputes
If you have a concern, please contact us first at info@porstone.com. Most matters can be resolved quickly and informally. You agree to give us thirty days from the date we receive your notice to try to resolve the matter before starting formal proceedings, and we will do the same.
Decision needed. This section deliberately does not include a mandatory arbitration clause or a class-action waiver. Those clauses carry specific drafting and notice requirements, they change what rights your customers have, and their enforceability depends on your state and on who your customers are. If you want them, they should be drafted and reviewed by an attorney rather than added from a template.
20. General provisions
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
No waiver
If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of this website, and replace any earlier understanding on that subject. They do not replace any separate written agreement between us for the supply of goods or services.
Survival
Sections 10, 12, and 14 to 21 survive any termination of your use of the website.
No third-party beneficiaries
These Terms do not give rights to anyone other than you and us, except that section 15 applies for the benefit of the people named in it.
21. Notices and electronic communications
When you use this website or send us a message through it, you are communicating with us electronically, and you consent to receive communications from us electronically in connection with your enquiry. Notices to us should be sent to info@porstone.com or to 14731 Goldenwest St, Westminster, CA 92683, USA. We may give notice to you at the email address you provide.

Privacy Policy
Last updated September 5, 2026 — Effective September 5, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Porstone collects through porstone.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It describes what this website actually does today, not what a website of this kind might do.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal information collected through this website. It does not cover information you give us in other ways, such as by telephone, by email outside the website, in person at our premises, or in the course of a supply agreement, except where we say otherwise.
2. Who is responsible
Porstone, 14731 Goldenwest St, Westminster, CA 92683, USA, is responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at info@porstone.com.
3. Information you give us
There is one place on this website where you can send us personal information: the quote request form on the cart page. When you complete and send it, we receive:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your telephone number, including the country code you select;
- your state and city;
- the role you select, for example homeowner, contractor, designer, builder, fabricator or organisation;
- the list of products you added to your cart;
- any message you choose to write.
Please send only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not send sensitive information, such as financial account details, identification numbers or health information, through this form.
This website does not create user accounts, does not take payments, and does not allow visitors to upload files or post public content.
4. Information collected automatically
Like all websites, this one is delivered by a web server, and delivering a page necessarily involves technical information being processed:
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider records information such as IP address, the date and time of a request, the page requested, browser and operating system type, and referring page. These records support delivery, security and abuse prevention.
- Statistics, only with your consent. If you allow the Analytics category in the cookie banner, page views and general traffic sources are recorded through the WordPress.com statistics feature. If you do not allow it, no statistics request is sent.
We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not attempt to combine it with the details you send through the quote form.
5. Information kept in your browser
Some features work by storing information on your own device rather than sending it to us:
- the products you save to Favourites;
- the products in your cart, until you send a quote request;
- a cached copy of the product list, so that search suggestions appear instantly;
- your cookie choices.
This information stays in your browser. We do not receive it, and it is not linked to you, unless you choose to send a quote request, at which point the product list you have built is included in the message you send. Clearing your browser data removes it.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our Cookie Policy sets out in detail what is stored, by whom, for how long, and how to change your choices. Optional categories stay switched off until you allow them, and you can change your mind at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer.
7. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your quote request or enquiry, prepare a quotation, and contact you about it;
- provide the features of the website, including Favourites, the cart and search;
- keep the website secure, prevent abuse, and investigate suspected misuse;
- understand in general terms how the website is used, so we can improve it, where you have allowed the Analytics category;
- keep records of enquiries for our internal business purposes;
- comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims where necessary.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Please confirm. If you intend to add people who send a quote request to a newsletter or any marketing list, that use must be described here and consent obtained separately. This policy currently states that enquiry details are used to answer the enquiry, which is what the website does today.
8. Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the following:
- Steps taken at your request. Handling your quote request so we can respond to you.
- Our legitimate interests. Operating and securing the website, preventing abuse, keeping business records, and improving what we offer, balanced against your interests and rights.
- Your consent. Optional cookies and the statistics feature. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings, without affecting what was done before you withdrew it.
- Legal obligation. Where we must retain or disclose information to comply with the law.
9. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Automattic Inc. (WordPress.com and Jetpack). Hosts this website, delivers images, provides the form that carries your quote request, and provides the optional statistics feature. Quote request submissions are recorded in the WordPress.com forms area of our site administration.
- Google LLC. Serves the fonts used on this website, and provides the embedded video player on the showroom section. Loading these necessarily discloses technical information such as your IP address to Google.
- Email and communication providers used to send and receive our business email when we reply to you.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities where we are required to disclose information by law, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or those of others.
- A buyer or successor if our business or its assets are sold, merged or reorganised, subject to this policy continuing to apply to the information transferred.
These providers act on our instructions or under their own privacy notices, which we do not control.
10. Selling and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. This website does not run advertising, and it contains no advertising or marketing trackers.
11. How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of the enquiry, and then for 5 years from your most recent contact with us, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax or dispute purposes.
Server and security logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule. Statistics are held in aggregate form. Information stored in your browser remains until you clear it, and the record of your cookie choices expires after twelve months.
12. Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted over that connection. Our hosting provider maintains its own technical and organisational security measures, and access to enquiries is limited to people in our business who need it.
No website or system can be guaranteed completely secure. We cannot promise that unauthorised access will never occur, and you send information over the internet at your own risk.
13. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to personal information we hold about you:
- to ask what we hold and to receive a copy;
- to have inaccurate information corrected;
- to ask us to delete information;
- to object to or ask us to restrict certain uses;
- to receive information you gave us in a portable format;
- to withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time;
- to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
To make a request, contact info@porstone.com. We aim to acknowledge your request within 7 to 10 business days, and we will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you. We may need to verify your identity, and we will only use what you give us for verification to handle your request. An authorised agent may act for you if you confirm their authority.
You can control cookies at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer, and through your browser settings.
14. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, may give you rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information.
In the twelve months before the date at the top of this policy, the categories of personal information this website collected are: identifiers, such as name, email address, telephone number and IP address; geographic information limited to the state and city you enter; commercial information, being the products you ask about; and internet activity information, being the page views recorded where you have allowed the Analytics category. We collected these from you directly and from your use of the website, for the business purposes described in section 7, and disclosed them only as described in section 9.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16.
Please confirm. The CCPA applies only to businesses that meet its thresholds, which turn on annual revenue, the number of California consumers whose information is handled, or revenue from selling personal information. Whether it applies to you is a question for your attorney. This section is written so that it is accurate and helpful to California visitors either way, and it does not claim that the law applies to you.
15. Children
This website is a business and product information website intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact info@porstone.com and we will delete it.
16. Visitors outside the United States
We operate from California, United States, and the website and its providers are located in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from the law where you live. By using the website or sending us an enquiry, you understand that this transfer takes place.
Please confirm. If you actively market to or regularly receive enquiries from the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or other regions with their own transfer rules, tell me and this section, the legal bases section and the rights section should be expanded, and an appropriate transfer mechanism put in place with your attorney.
17. Other websites
This website links to other websites, including those of associated companies and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them. Please read their privacy notices before giving them information.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
19. Contact and privacy requests

Accessibility Statement
Last updated September 5, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use porstone.com, including people who use assistive technology. This statement sets out what we are aiming for, what we have done so far, what we know is not yet right, and how to reach a person if something gets in your way.
1. Our commitment
We are committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use. Accessibility is something we work on as the site develops, rather than a box we tick once.
2. The standard we work to
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our reference standard. These guidelines are the widely accepted benchmark for making web content easier to perceive, operate, understand and use.
We do not claim that this website currently conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It has not been audited by an independent accessibility specialist, and we would rather tell you that plainly than publish a claim we cannot support. Level AA is the target we are working towards, and the sections below describe honestly where we are.
3. What we have done
Steps taken so far include:
- the site is built so that menus, the search, product pages and forms can be reached and operated with a keyboard;
- visible focus outlines so that keyboard users can see where they are;
- the cookie settings panel can be operated by keyboard, traps focus while it is open, closes with the Escape key, and returns focus to where you were;
- interactive controls carry text labels for screen readers where an icon is used instead of text, for example the search, favourites and social media buttons;
- dark text on light backgrounds, and light text on dark backgrounds, chosen for readability;
- layouts that reflow on small screens without requiring horizontal scrolling;
- form fields with visible labels, and validation messages placed next to the field they relate to;
- a logical heading structure on content pages.
4. Known limitations
We are aware of the following, and they are on our list to fix:
- Alternative text on images. Some decorative and product images do not yet carry meaningful alternative text. Screen reader users may hear little or nothing where an image is the main content of a card.
- Automatic image transitions. Several sections change images automatically on a timer. There is currently no control to pause them, which can be difficult for people who need more time or who find movement distracting.
- Colour contrast. Some captions and labels are set in light grey, and some text sits over photographs. These combinations have not all been measured against the Level AA contrast thresholds.
- No independent audit. The website has not been tested by an external accessibility specialist, and has not been systematically tested with screen readers across browsers.
If something not listed here is causing you difficulty, please tell us. Reports from people who use the site are the most useful information we get.
5. Content from other companies
Parts of this website are provided by other companies, including an embedded video player and the hosting platform. We do not control how accessible those components are. Where a third-party component creates a barrier, we will look for an alternative or provide the information another way.
6. How we keep improving
We consider accessibility when we add pages and features, and we address problems as we find them or as they are reported. As the site grows, we intend to review the items listed in section 4 and to test with assistive technology.
7. Tell us about a problem
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, please contact us:
info@porstone.com
+1 (833) 844-2500
14731 Goldenwest St, Westminster, CA 92683, USA
It helps if you can tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge messages within 7 to 10 business days and to tell you what we can do.
8. Getting information another way
If a page or document on this website is not accessible to you, contact us and we will provide the information in another form, such as by email, over the telephone, or in a conversation with a member of our team. There is no charge for this.
9. If we have not resolved it
If you have contacted us and are not satisfied with our response, please let us know at info@porstone.com so that a senior member of our team can review it.
